Step 01. Meet with your Finance Broker
In approximately 1 hour you will find out how much you can borrow, find the right home loan for you, and discuss the fees and charges associated.
Step 02: Submission of your Home Loan Application
Once all the necessary documentation collected and signed, your application will be lodged to your desired Lender within 24 hours.
Step 03: Conditional Approval
We will receive a Conditional Approval on your behalf generally within 4-5 business days. Your Finance Broker will work with you to collect the required conditions.
Step 04: Full Approval/Unconditional Approval of your Home Loan
Once the Lender has received all required Conditions, the final assessment is completed and we will receive an Unconditional Approval on your behalf within 4-5 business days. Your Finance Broker will notify all necessary parties i.e. Real Estate Agent, Settlement Agent/Conveyancer and/or refinancing bank (if applicable). They will the arrange for your Loan Documentation ( loan contract, mortgage documents etc.) to be issued within 4-5 business days; If your are purchasing a property, your Settlement Agent/Conveyancer and Real Estate Agent will assist you with other settlement requirements i.e. Building/Pest Inspections and Transfer of Land documentation.
Step 05: Loan Documentation Arrival
Your loan documentation (loan contract, mortgage documents etc.) will be issued within 4-5 business days and required your Finance Broker will assist with signing these.
Step 06: Arranging Settlement
If you are purchasing a property, your Settlement Agent will liaise with the Lender to book a date for settlement to occur. If you are refinancing a loan, your new lender will liaise with your existing Lender to book a date for settlement to occur.
Step 07: Settlement Completed
Your Finance Broker will keep in touch to ensure you are comfortable today and in the future with your new Home Loan. If you have purchased a home, your Real Estate Agent will arrange a time to pick up your new set of keys!
